Introduction and Scope of Agreement

Welcome to Alpha66. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Alpha66 ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by Alpha66.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any Alpha66 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Alpha66 operates as an online entertainment platform. All games and services offered are for entertainment purposes only and must be used responsibly by adult users.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use alpha66 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years on the date of registration;
• Being an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be located in a region or country that restricts the use of online gambling platforms;
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any other person;
• Not have had an account previously terminated at alpha66 due to fraud or misconduct.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. Multiple account registrations, whether using the same or different information, are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide complete and accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Alpha66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Alpha66 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Never disclose your login credentials to anyone.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation. Alpha66 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred before a report was made to us.

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols;
• Do not reuse the same password for other accounts;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection;
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

Alpha66 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed through secure channels with 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your financial information.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. alpha66 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours on business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory compliance checks and KYC verification;
• Alpha66 reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing large withdrawals;
• Withdrawals to third parties or bank accounts not registered under the member's name are not permitted;
• Funds derived from fraudulent activity or money laundering will be seized and reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Alpha66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated with each promotional offer. General bonus terms are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses received must be rolled over according to the specified wagering requirement before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing;
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically;
• Betting Limit While Bonus Is Active: While a bonus is active, a maximum wagering limit may apply. Wagers exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the cancellation of that bonus;
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates for certain games may vary — please review the specific promotion terms;
• Alpha66 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or abuse.

Bonuses and promotions are for individual use only and may not be transferred to other members. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.

Game Rules and Platform Usage

All games available on Alpha66 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified by internationally recognised audit bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is fair, random, and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the Alpha66 platform:

• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Performing any action that may disrupt the operation of the platform or the experience of other players;
• Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your true location in order to bypass regional restrictions.

Alpha66 employs a sophisticated real-time fraud detection system. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and appropriate action taken, including account suspension and temporary holding of funds while the investigation is ongoing.

Responsible Gaming

Alpha66 takes responsible gaming extremely seriously. We believe entertainment should always remain enjoyable and must never become a source of financial or emotional distress for any individual.

All Alpha66 members can access the following responsible gaming tools at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits based on your budget;
• Loss Limit: Limit the maximum amount you can lose within a set period;
• Session Limit: Set a time limit for each gaming session;
• Account Break (Cool-off): Suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 months;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a full self-exclusion from the platform for a period of up to 5 years.

Account Closure and Restrictions

Alpha66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time without prior notice if we detect or suspect any of the following:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions;
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Multiple account registration;
• Bonus or promotion abuse;
• Use of bots, automation software, or other unauthorised technical methods;
• Inappropriate or threatening behaviour toward staff or other members.

If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to fraud, any valid balance in your account will be returned to you after deducting any bonuses whose wagering requirements have not yet been met.

Disclaimer of Liability and Limitation of Responsibility

The Alpha66 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we continually strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly, Alpha66 cannot guarantee that our services will be entirely free from technical disruptions, server outages, or issues beyond our control.

Alpha66 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled system maintenance;
• Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or events beyond Alpha66's reasonable control;
• Betting or game outcomes determined by the user;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

In all cases, Alpha66's maximum liability to any user is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Amendment of Terms and Applicable Law

Alpha66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via a notice on the platform or by email at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.

Continued use of the Alpha66 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any valid balance before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through arbitration or an alternative dispute resolution mechanism agreed upon by both parties.
